About Little Footsteps
Little Footsteps has been providing care and training children, between the ages of 6 weeks and 6 years, since 1984. Stan and Rita, a husband and wife team that were committed to quality child care, are the founders of the center. Their purpose was to provide a Christian environment for children, where they could love, learn and explore. Parent's would be encouraged and supported as they sought to both parent and work outside of the home. Too much importance cannot be placed on the early training of children. The lessons that the child learns during the first seven years of life have more to do with forming their character then all that the child learns in future years. Our staff are committed to bring to the education and training of your child a restful spirit and a loving heart, that they may be kind and considerate to those around them. Our program includes such varied activities as music, art, cooking, small and large muscle development, with emphasis on teaching Christian values and principles through the fascinating book of nature and Bible stories. Our center provides your child with a family style, vegetarian breakfast and lunch, as well as an afternoon snack, all designed to meet their nutritional needs.
